This is the area where we can showcase the impact Echo has on the community and how Societies are much stronger when we uplift, educate and motivate young women to reach their full potential.

Community Support Plans

Part of Echo 4 Us’ community support plans are to develop care programs that work with:

Detention Centers
Public and Private schools
At risk communities
Everyday Girls

Because regardless of the history and situation of each girl, they will always, ALWAYS be welcome at Echo4Us and will have an opportunity to transform their destiny and successfully navigate life’s journey with a strong focus on their mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Through our workshops

Through our workshops, we managed to build a space where each girl feels heard and learns to show up for one another. Here we show them that their story, their feelings and emotions MATTER. The results validate our purpose.

Transformative Impacts of Our Programs

Within the framework of our programs we have managed to witness the growth of each girl by:

Decreasing rates of aggressiveness in groups
Decreasing in reports of interpersonal conflicts
Demonstrating increased communication skills and empathy among girls

This shows us that women do not inherently seek conflict, but we have not been taught how to show up for one another.

When girls see this in action they begin to turn spaces into collaborative experiences instead of competing with each other.
