The Mission of Echo 4 Us is to transform the lives of girls and young women ages 8 to 25 by:

Teaching life experiences outside the standard educational curriculum.
Providing “I got your back” support from other strong women.
Strengthening self-confidence to become physical, mentally, and emotionally independent.

At Echo, we create strong women who validate themselves by saying, “This is Who I am.”

The Ethos Of Echo

At ECHO, we help girls and young women ages 8 to 25 build happy, healthy lives starting from the inside out. We focus on vital life skills that are left out of the standard educational curriculum. We start from within by showing girls how to treat their bodies well with good nutrition and exercise. Then we model how to be active listeners and empathetic people who add value to their communities.

Finally, we teach them how to discover and pursue their passions. ECHO transforms girls and young women into self-confident people who are healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. They have each other’s backs, and they validate themselves and others. They are comfortable with their identities and accept others without judgment.

Strengthening The Community Through Consistent, Reliable Support

Our community comprises young women and girls from all backgrounds who help each other navigate the sometimes tricky path from girlhood to adulthood. ECHO provides structured guidance for personal growth through workshops, mentorships, and virtual guides with exclusive, tailored content. At every step, there is empathy, understanding, and support from the ECHO sisterhood.
