ECHO is a community-based educational program for girls and young women ages 8 to 25. Our goal is to turn girls into empowered people who thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically. We do this with a combination of workshops and classes led by experts who teach a range of real-world topics. Some areas include physical wellness, nutrition, personal finance, job-seeking skills, leadership, management of stress and emotional discomfort, and working well with others.
Parents love and care for their girls deeply, but aren’t always equipped to handle the changes that a girl experiences as she grows into adulthood. ECHO is here to support both girls and their parents by providing girls a safe space where they can express themselves freely, feel understood, and avoid isolation by bonding with other girls. We serve as a bridge between girls and their parents and ultimately bring them closer together.
ECHO places heavy emphasis on preparing girls for bright futures. In addition to nurturing fearless and secure young women, we teach them how to discover and pursue their passions. ECHO gives girls and young women the foundation from which they can create the life they want.

I really love and appreciate the community Echo has built for each and everyone that is a part of it. They create a place where everyone belongs.
I think Echo has the potential to truly change the way in which women interact with one another. Instead of seeing each other as competition, they can learn to lift each other up even when they have different opinions.
A girl with confidence is UNSTOPPABLE yet we all have our moments where we doubt ourselves or struggle with our confidence, especially in those crucial developmental years. If I could do anything in this world to help our future generations of girls, it would be to help them learn to be confident, love themselves & be self-sufficient in life.
Being part of Echo has given me a great opportunity to feel connected to my community, be empowered, and be supported. Echo is the place to feel empowered to empower the next generation of strong women.
