Echo 4 Us empowers girls through a variety of resources, workshops and tools that help them successfully navigate life’s journey with a strong focus on their mental, emotional and physical well-being.

I think Echo has the potential to truly change the way in which women interact with one another. Instead of seeing each other as competition, they can learn to lift each other up even when they have different opinions.
A girl with confidence is UNSTOPPABLE yet we all have our moments where we doubt ourselves or struggle with our confidence, especially in those crucial developmental years. If I could do anything in this world to help our future generations of girls, it would be to help them learn to be confident, love themselves & be self-sufficient in life.
